Dr Mongwa is a medical professional with 9 years of experience in the health sector.
In starting a business five years ago (2018), she became so consumed with “making it” which led to a neglected overall well-being. She was overworked, overwhelmed and unhappy. This led her to think of ways to combat her struggles and create an environment in which all her needs were being met. It was during this journey of healing and self-discovery that she learned of the importance of taking care of oneself and was inspired to create Renewal Aesthetics.
Her lifelong mission to transform Botswana’s healthcare and wellness system to bring it to par with some of the world’s best healthcare and wellness systems remains on the forefront of her mind as she tackles and incorporates issues faced personally to expand and aid those who face similar issues.
